Terms of Service

By using Umingle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Umingle provides free, anonymous random text and video chat. You are connected with strangers; we do not control what strangers say or do.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Umingle.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Rules. We may disconnect or ban users who break them, without notice.

4. No accounts, anonymous by design

Umingle requires no registration. Chats are relayed in real time and are not stored on our servers after they end.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umingle is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from interactions with other users. You chat at your own judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Umingle after changes means you accept the new terms.
